Packages containing orders are delivered by hand to the address submitted at the time of transaction.
All our ceramic products are one-of-a-kind handmade items that feature unique variations and small imperfections. This is what makes our products special. The item depicted in the photograph is the exact item that will be purchased and shipped to you.
Despite the care taken in the presentation of the items, we cannot guarantee that their real appearance corresponds exactly to their appearance on the screen, in particular with regard to color variations.
Psultan reserves the right to remove items from sale at any time. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed at the earliest by our customer service.
In application of Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal. The customer can thus exercise this right within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product.
- We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery of the product. Please contact us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to return an item within this time frame. The shipping fee for the return of the item is the responsibility of the customer unless the returned goods are attributable to our company’s responsibility. Should the goods be altered, damaged, or judged inappropriate during the transport back to us, we will not be able to process the return.
- We invite the customer, or the recipient of the order, to verify the apparent condition of the package(s) and item(s) upon delivery. In case of an anomaly relating to the parcel(s) or the item(s) ordered the customer must immediately follow the procedure described below:
If the customer, or the recipient of the order, notices an anomaly on the parcel (if the parcel is damaged, opened, or tampered with), the customer must write a detailed handwritten report on the delivery note and refrain from opening the package.
These reservations constitute a means of proof of the existence and extent of the damage. The customer, or their agent, must make sure to be precise and complete in their writing.
The customer will have a maximum of fourteen (14) days after the delivery of the parcel concerned to bring this to our attention by sending an e-mail to email@example.com with the order number, the slip number located at the bottom of the bar code, and a clear report detailing the anomaly.
Custom Duties & Export VAT
All prices are displayed in Euros and inclusive of French sales tax (VAT) at the current rate (at present this rate is 20%). This will appear on your order confirmation and is itemized for you during checkout.
If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) this sales tax will be deducted at the checkout stage and this will be noted on your invoice.
If your order is being dispatched to a country which is a member state of the European Community (EC) then the total price will include VAT at the current rate.
Please note that Psultan has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination. This includes but is not limited to import tax, value-added tax, custom fees, etc. In such cases, the payment for these duties are the customer’s responsibility.
