- We invite the customer, or the recipient of the order, to verify the apparent condition of the package(s) and item(s) upon delivery. In case of an anomaly relating to the parcel(s) or the item(s) ordered the customer must immediately follow the procedure described below:
If the customer, or the recipient of the order, notices an anomaly on the parcel (if the parcel is damaged, opened, or tampered with), the customer must write a detailed handwritten report on the delivery note and refrain from opening the package.
These reservations constitute a means of proof of the existence and extent of the damage. The customer, or their agent, must make sure to be precise and complete in their writing.
The customer will have a maximum of fourteen (14) days after the delivery of the parcel concerned to bring this to our attention by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, the slip number located at the bottom of the bar code, and a clear report detailing the anomaly.
